A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees. Note that the rates for the host hotel are exclusive of applicable sales/room tax. The conference rates listed are available from November 8, 2023, to November 19, 2023, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation to accommodate those who wish to extend their visits.

Please be aware there is no housing bureau for IPC.  If you are contacted by any third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by IPC.  Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by the Photonics Society or the conference.

Single/Double:
$229.00/per night

These rates are exclusive of applicable state and local sales/room taxes, fees and service charge, a combined 12.5%, and resort fees of $25 per room, per night. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at guest discretion.
