Mentor Match Program

This program is designed to help students expand their professional networks while at the conference, gain personalized career insights, and receive guidance from senior professionals in photonics. Attendees sign up to be either a Mentor or Mentee while registering for the conference.

Mentor Matches will be paired by technical interests and the matches will be communicated to attendees by the organizers before the conference starts. Mentors and Mentees will then be encouraged to connect, i.e., by email, prior to the conference to establish plans to meet-up at IPC 2023. Meet-up plans are up the pairing’s discretion, whether having: lunch together; meeting at a special event; attending a talk or technical session together; connecting at a symposium; chatting over coffee; etc.
